Tolashe and former spokesperson Lumka Oliphant trade blows

The Minister of Social Development Sisisi Tolashe says former spokesperson Lumka Oliphant has embarked on a campaign of misinformation, making unsubstantiated and misleading claims against her.

Tolashe has described Oliphant as a disgruntled former official who is diverting the attention from the real reasons for her dismissal and sowing confusion in the public domain.

In addition the Department says it is concerned by attempts to implicate Tolashe personally in matters that fall outside her current portfolio responsibilities.
