Mangaung Municipality meets with shutdown leaders

The Mangaung Metro Municipality in the Free State has met with leaders of the shutdown to chart a way forward. Buses and taxis have not been operating in Botshabelo.

Some of the concerns behind the shutdown are service delivery issues, challenges regarding taxi permits and the condition of roads. SABC News Reporter, Kamogelo Seekoei, has more.
