Ghana High Commissioner to SA calls for regional integration ahead of repatriating citizens

Former President Thabo Mbeki and International Relations Minister Ronald Lamola have both responded to reports that Ghana will be repatriating citizens from South Africa this week.

Speaking at different events marking Africa Day in Cape Town, Mbeki and Lamola say that while countries are within their rights to repatriate their nationals, this will not solve the challenges of migration.
