SAHRC on protests against undocumented immigrants

The ANC National Executive Committee has acknowledged the complaints of the March and March Movement as genuine and their demands reasonable. Addressing the media in Johannesburg today, ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula. Relayed the outcomes of the ordinary ANC NEC meeting that took place over the weekend. The party's highest decision-making body says illegal immigration and migration in general are global phenomena and does not characterise the majority of these activities as xenophobic.
