Mabuyane defamation case against Malema in court

The High Court in KuGompo City in the Eastern Cape is hearing an urgent application lodged by the Eastern Cape Premier, Oscar Mabuyane, against EFF leader, Julius Malema.
This relates to Malema's utterances that Mabuyane fraudulently obtained a Master's Degree from the University of Fort Hare.
Mabuyane says the remarks are false and wants the court to order Malema not to repeat them.
