Madlanga Commission | Suspended Tshwane CFO Gareth Mnisi grilled

Suspended City of Tshwane Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi is back on the stand to testify before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria.

He is accused of tender manipulation in the procurement of security services for the City of Tshwane.

Mnisi has denied financially benefiting from security companies that have been doing business with the city.
