Minister of Higher Education to table department's budget expenditure

The Minister of Higher Education and Training Buti Manamela will hold a briefing and is also expected to table his department's budget expenditure.
Manamela came under fire recently from members of the portfolio committee on Higher Education for placing NSFAS under administration.
