Israel has destroyed the Qasmiyeh Bridge in southern Lebanon—the last operational crossing over the Litani River connecting the country's north and south. The bridge had been used to transport essential supplies and to facilitate movement across the region. Its destruction effectively severs supply routes to southern Lebanon, making it far more difficult for humanitarian aid to reach affected areas and for civilians to escape.
