SARS vs Tom Moyane | Case to recover litigation and travel costs expected to return to tomorrow

The South African Revenue Service's bid to recover costs from former commissioner, Tom Moyane, will return to the Pretoria Magistrate's Court tomorrow.

SARS is seeking to recover about 400-thousand rand linked to litigation and travel that was heavily criticised by the Nugent Commission.

It relate to Moyane's 2017 trip to Russia, for which no report on the purpose of the visit exists.
