Bloemfontein protest | Rocklands residents protest against poor service delivery

Community members in Rocklands, Bloemfontein have allegedly looted a local bottle store in the area and several either shops.

Some have been taken in by police.

Meanwhile, police officers are guarding the area from any further disturbance.
