Hopes dim for survivors as search continues after Philippines building collapse

Search efforts are underway to rescue 17 people trapped under a collapsed building in Angeles City in northern Philippines.
At least four have been confirmed dead and chances of finding more survivors are fading.
Relatives of the construction workers who were in the building at the time say they just want to bring their loved ones home.
