National Service Delivery Forum protest in Bloemfontein turns into chaos

A shutdown organised by the National Service Delivery Forum has turned into chaos in Bloemfontein as community members started looting a bottle store owned by a Chinese national. The organiser says the issues of service delivery and corruption in the Mangaung Metro are concerning.
