Tom Moyane matter to resume on Tuesday

The case against former SARS Commissioner Tom Moyane has been postponed to Tuesday at the Pretoria Magistrate's Court. The matter was stood down on Monday because legal counsel is sick. Moyane faces allegations linked to the misuse of public funds during a controversial trip to Russia in 2017. At the time, Moyane claimed that there was an urgent need to meet the head of the Russian Federation tax Services over a critical matter.
