UKRAINE STRIKES RUSSIA’S BELGOROD REGION
Energy infrastructure in Russia’s Belgorod region was damaged in a large-scale Ukrainian attack overnight. The strikes interrupted water and power supply. The Ukrainian attack on the neighboring Belgorod region follows a deadly series of Russian strikes which left four people dead and more than 100 wounded across the country.

KRAKOW MAYOR REMOVED IN VOTE, COUNCIL STAYS IN OFFICE
Voters in Krakow, Poland’s second-largest city, dismissed Mayor Aleksander Miszalski in a referendum over the weekend. The city council narrowly survived a dismissal vote due to insufficient turnout.
