We Talk: Serbian public looks forward to ironclad friendship reaching new heights

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic arrived in Beijing on Sunday for his first state visit to China, which will run through May 28. Serbia is the first European country to agree with China on building a community with a shared future for the new era, making it an important partner for China in southeast Europe.

CGTN Stringer took to the streets of Belgrade to hear local residents' impressions of China, their views on China-Serbia cooperation and their expectations for President Vucic's visit to China. The interviewees generally described China as a world-leading economic powerhouse and expressed hopes that the two countries will continue deepening cooperation and further upgrading their ironclad friendship.
