President Ruto assures Kilifi residents of an end to historical land injustices

President William Ruto has reassured Kilifi residents that his administration will end the long-standing land injustices and absentee landlord issues, which have left a majority of residents living as squatters in the region. Speaking at Mnagoni Primary School grounds in Bamba, Kilifi County, during a thanksgiving event for Youth Principal Secretary Fikirini Jacobs, the President also urged residents to ignore politicians using the land question and other challenges bedeviling the region to deter his administration's quest to transform the Coastal region.
