#Scooter flip ends in police #fine

A 17-year-old in Elbląg, northern Poland, rode an electric scooter onto a pedestrian crossing and into the path of an oncoming car. The moment, caught on camera, shows the rider losing control before being struck by the vehicle.

The teenager escaped with minor bruises, but police later fined him for causing the collision and riding without the required qualifications to operate an electric scooter.
