ANC to hold NEC meeting in preparation of local gvt elections

The ANC will hold its regular NEC meeting in Kempton Park, east of Johannesburg this weekend.

The two-day meeting starting on Saturday will discuss, among others, the party's preparations for the local government elections in November.

The meeting comes against the backdrop of the appointment of Provincial Task Teams in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape.
