Videos show moments before fatal ICE shooting in Houston

New surveillance footage obtained by CNN shows the moments before 52-year-old Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national, was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Houston while on his way to work on July 7th.
