Ruto: Government has used the Petroleum Development Fund to stabilise fuel prices.

Ruto: To cushion consumers from the sharp rise in global oil prices, the Government has used the Petroleum Development Fund to stabilise fuel prices. In the last two pricing cycles alone, April–May and May–June 2026, the Government utilised Ksh 13.74 billion to cushion consumers.
