North Korea prisoners of war in Ukraine: United Nations says they should not be sent home

UN says two North Korean POWs in Ukraine should not be forced back to North Korea. Held over a year, they reportedly want to go to South Korea. Ukraine and South Korea are still negotiating their future amid concerns they could face punishment if returned.
