Why are foreign leaders heading to China?

As Russian President Vladimir Putin has just concluded his 25th visit to China, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif are set to visit China soon. Andrey Kortunov, former director general of the Russian International Affairs Council, sees China's multilateralism as key guidance for global governance, saying: "because multipolarity without multilateralism will not bring peace and stability to the international system."
