Decode With Sudhir Chaudhary: India’s largest IT company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), is facing serious allegations from its Nashik office, where an alleged gang was reportedly active for nearly four years, from 2022 to 2026, targeting Hindu women employees. A similar case had earlier surfaced at a gym in Surat, Gujarat, and now reports claim that an alleged exploitation and forced religious conversion racket was operating inside the TCS Nashik office as well.

According to the case details, the gang allegedly targeted financially weak Hindu women by first offering them jobs. The main accused in the case is said to be TCS Nashik HR Manager Nida Khan, who is currently absconding. Investigators allege that, under a planned strategy, vulnerable Hindu women were recruited and then assigned to teams consisting of certain Muslim employees within the same office.

Police sources claim that this was an organized gang that allegedly pressured the women for religious conversion while also exploiting them over a long period. So far, 9 cases have been registered in connection with the matter, and 7 accused have been arrested. The individuals named in the police investigation reportedly include Shafi Sheikh, Asif Ansari, Tausif Attar, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, and Danish Sheikh.

Decode With Sudhir Chaudhary: IT सेक्टर में भारत की सबसे बड़ी कंपनी Tata Consultancy Services यानी TCS के नासिक Office में भी इसी तरह का एक गैंग लगभग 4 सालों से एक्टिव था, जिसके टारगेट पर हिंदू लड़कियां थीं। इससे पहले गुजरात के सूरत के एक Gym में ऐसा ही मामला आया था और अब TCS के नासिक Office में हिंदू लड़कियों का शोषण और धर्मांतरण करने वाला एक गैंग चल रहा था। अब आपको बताते हैं कि- वर्ष 2022 से लेकर 2026 तक ये गैंग कैसे हिंदू लड़कियों का शोषण करने के साथ उनपर धर्मांतरण के लिए दबाव बनाता था? अब तक इस मामले में 9 Cases दर्ज हुए हैं और 7 आरोपी गिरफ्तार हो चुके हैं। इस केस की मुख्य आरोपी TCS के नासिक Office की HR Manager निदा खान है, जो इस समय फरार है। और इस ऑफिस में एक प्लानिंग के तहत हिंदू लड़कियों का शोषण हो रहा था। सबसे पहले निदा खान - आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर हिंदू लड़कियों को चुनकर उन्हें नौकरी देती थी। फिर इन हिंदू लड़कियों को इसी ऑफिस के कुछ मुस्लिम कर्मचारियों की टीम में काम दिया जाता था। पुलिस के मुताबिक - इन मुस्लिम कर्मचारियों का एक संगठित गैंग था। इसमें शफी शेख, आसिफ अंसारी, तौसीफ अत्तार, शाहरुख कुरैशी, रजा मेमन और दानिश शेख शामिल थे।
