US-Cuba tensions: Washington indicts former president Raul Castro for conspiracy and murder

The US is ramping up pressure on Cuba, after months of threatening military action and regime change as well as expanding sanctions and the imposition of a fuel blockade, all aimed at speeding up economic collapse on the Communist island. This time, the Trump administration is going after former Cuban President Raul Castro for conspiracy and murder, over the downing of a plane in 1996 that resulted in the death of four people.
