continues to coordinate with the Ministry of External Affairs, Indian missions, and maritime stakeholders to ensure seafarer welfare and uninterrupted maritime operations. The government stated that all Indian seafarers in the region are safe, with no incident involving Indian-flagged vessels or foreign vessels carrying Indian crew reported in the past 72 hours. According to the DG Shipping control room, over 10,106 calls and nearly 22,215 emails have been handled since activation. In the last 72 hours alone, 404 calls and 903 emails were received. The ministry, through DG Shipping, has also facilitated the safe repatriation of more than 3,300 Indian seafarers, including 99 in the past 72 hours.
