Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, appears in court

Nkosi's attorney Andries Nkome says they were not given instructions relating to his bail appeal on May 26 and want to withdraw. They say a different firm may have been instructed.
Nkosi confirms he has instructed other lawyers.
