Detained Gaza aid flotilla activists set to appear in Israeli court for deportation hearings

Israel is preparing to begin deportation hearings for hundreds of Palestinian solidarity activists.
They were detained on an aid flotilla bound for Gaza.
Global outrage at their treatment by Israel is growing.
The activists were taken into custody when Israeli forces intercepted 28 boats in international waters on Monday.
They were trying to break Israel's blockade on Gaza, which has remained in place despite the ceasefire.
The group was transferred overnight from Ashdod port to a prison.
