* President Cyril Ramaphosa has undertake a state visit to Botswana which will culminate in the sixth session of the Botswana and South Africa Bi-National Commission in Gaborone tomorrow. President Ramaphosa and President Duma Boko will co-chair the summit which will be preceded by a Ministerial Meeting today and the senior officials meeting.

* Tomorrow marks one year since President Cyril Ramaphosa's visit to the White House in an effort to quell growing diplomatic tensions between the two nations.

* The World Health Organisation has provided an update on the outbreak of the Ebola virus in eastern DRC saying though the disease risk is high inside DRC, it is not yet a pandemic emergency.

* The annual consumer price inflation has climbed to 4.0% in April. The unexpected jump from 3.1% in March was mainly driven by an 18.2% monthly spike in fuel costs, stemming from Middle East disruptions and rising municipal utility tariffs.
