China-Russia ties: Analyst William Yang on stalled Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline

Russian President Vladimir Putin is in Beijing for talks on trade and energy, amid rising geopolitical tensions. Mr Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping have hailed "unyielding" ties after signing dozens of cooperation agreements. However, both sides are still not aligned on a Russian gas pipeline. Mr William Yang, senior analyst for North East Asia at the International Crisis Group, shared more about the stalled Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline.
