County Stories: Kenya Navy Leads Planting of 10,000 Mangrove Seedlings in Kwale County

The Kenya Navy, in partnership with private companies, conservation groups and residents have planted 10,000 mangrove seedlings in Tsunza, Kwale County. This, according to the stakeholders, was a major environmental conservation exercise aimed at restoring degraded coastal ecosystems and supporting the target of planting 15 billion trees by 2032.
