FIFA World Cup 2026 | Neymar to play key role in World Cup Squad

South Africans will know within days who will represent them at the FIFA World Cup in the Americas in June and July.

Bafana Bafana head coach, Hugo Broos, will announce his 26-man squad at the Union Buildings in Pretoria next Wednesday.

The team will face Nicaragua in an international friendly in Johannesburg on the 29th of May.

They will also meet Puerto Rico in Mexico, before the start of their World Cup campaign.

Elsewhere, 34-year-old Neymar has been included in Brazil's squad for the tournament.
