NPA institutes disciplinary action against prosecutor in Sibanyoni case

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says it is instituting disciplinary action against the prosecutor convicted of contempt of court in Kwaggafontein Magistrates Court.

This follows a court appearance of the accused persons in the matter of State versus Madoda Johannes Sibanyoni and Others, wherein the accused face charges of extortion and money laundering.
