Mogotsi case postponed, fears for his safety in jail

Controversial North West businessman, Brown Mogotsi's lawyer claims his client is anxious about his safety behind bars.

This comes after Mogotsi's bail application was put on hold.

He is expected to spend another seven days behind bars, after the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court postponed his case to next Monday.

The state has asked for more time to verify his address.
