Necessary for countries to cooperate in uncertain times: SM Lee

Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong says it is necessary for countries to work together to overcome the uncertainty in the current global climate. He was speaking in the southern province of Guangxi where he visited as part of a five-day trip to China. Both Singapore and China are seeking to deepen ties. Deborah Wong reports.
