Western Cape picking up the pieces after devastating storms

Western Cape authorities have been conducting aerial assessments of storm damage as recovery efforts continue across the province.

About 62% of affected areas have had electricity restored, while repairs are still underway in parts of the Cape Winelands and Theewaterskloof where high-voltage infrastructure was damaged.
