Joe Sibanyoni | Magistrate strikes the matter off the court roll

The bail application of prominent Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni and his three co-accused is expected to continue in the Kwaggafontein Magistrates' Court this morning.

Sibanyoni, Daniel Masilela, Phillimon Msiza and Oupa Sindane, face charges of extortion and money laundering.

On Friday all four indicated they intended to plead not guilty and maintained they have no involvement in the alleged crimes.
