* The case against prominent businessman Joe 'Ferrari Sibanyoni, and three co-accused, has been struck off the roll at the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court in Mpumalanga. There is now a warrant of arrest for the prosecutor in the case for failure to appear in court.

* Brown Mogotsi's case has been postponed to next Monday for a formal bail application. Police have confirmed the firearm used in the alleged staged assassination attempt involving Mogotsi, is linked to several other cases.

* The child negligence case against the paternal grandparents of missing 2-year-old, Omphile Sithole, has been delayed in the Mahwelereng Magistrate's Court in Limpopo. The toddler went missing on the 2nd of May while in her grandparents' care.

* The Constitutional Court has declared parts of the National Health Act invalid, finding that some provisions placed unfair limitations on the rights of health care practitioners and facilities.
