Brown Mogotsi | The NW businessman to make his first court appearance following his arrest on Friday

North West businessman Brown Mogotsi is expected to appear before the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Monday on charges of defeating the ends of justice.

This follows his arrest on Friday regarding the alleged assassination attempt that occurred last November in Vosloorus, Gauteng.

Mogotsi claimed that someone attempted to kill him, an assassination attempt he is now accused of staging.
