China, US goals can be compatible, says ex-Chinese ambassador to US

Can "China's national rejuvenation" and "Make America Great Again" go hand in hand? In an interview with CGTN, former Chinese Ambassador to the United States Cui Tiankai said China and the US should see each other's success as an opportunity, not a threat.
