Brown Mogotsi | The NW businessman is to appear in court on charged of defeating the ends of justice

North West businessman Brown Mogotsi is expected to appear before Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Monday on charges of defeating the ends of justice.

This follows his arrest on Friday regarding the alleged assassination attempt that occurred last November in Vosloorus, Gauteng.

Mogotsi claimed that someone attempted to kill him, an assassination attempt he is now accused of staging.
