Nafiz Modack Trial | Judge orders written submissions from defence, state

It is D-day for the defence in the trial of alleged Cape Town underworld crime boss, Nafiz Modack, in the Western Cape High Court.

Presiding Judge Robert Henney has ordered that the defence and the state make submissions this Monday on why the defence's case should not be closed.

This comes after yet another postponement due to the unavailability of a witness called by the defence.
