TRC Cases | Khampepe Commission of Inquiry: 18 May 2026

The TRC Cases Inquiry will hear evidence of the former Deputy NDPP Adv Jacobus Petrus Pretorius.

Adv Pretorius served as the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions in 1995 and a member of the Priority Crime Litigation Unit (PCLU) since the inception in 2003.

Adv Pretorius also acted as the Special Director of Public Prosecution of the NDPP from 2015-2019.
