Some road construction companies in Singapore are facing project delays and rising costs, amid a tightening supply on bitumen. Bitumen is a key material used in paving roads and its supply has been hit by global oil disruptions linked to the Middle East conflict. One firm says prices have jumped by as much as 60%.
