Fasalwadi village in Telangana’s Sangareddy district has become a shining example of women-led transformation, with nearly 85% of women actively participating in self-help groups driving economic growth and social change.

Recognised as a Women-Friendly Village, it has also received the Deendayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sustainable Development Award along with a ₹25 lakh grant, highlighting the impact of women-led entrepreneurship, financial literacy and grassroots skill development.
