Mokgoro family demands expedited homicide case

The family of the late Justice Yvonne Mokgoro wants the culpable homicide case against her life partner expedited.

They say the matter has dragged on for too long and the application to the Northern Cape High Court by the Defense to reopen the case and change legal representatives should be not granted.

Mokgoro died in May 2024, at the age of 73 following a long struggle with injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in April 2023.
