IFP's Mlungisi Mabaso outlines his plans for the City of Johannesburg

City of Johannesburg Human Settlements MMC, Mlunginsi Mabaso has been revealed as the mayoral candidate for the Inkatha Freedom Party for the Johannesburg Metro in the November Local Government Elections.

Mabaso has unveiled a ten-point plan to turn the city around, improve its finances and ensure it remains the most important economic hub of South Africa.

He joins us to elaborate further on his plans for the City of Gold should he become mayor.
