Food insecurity | KZN Taxi industry joins fight against hunger

The KwaZulu-Natal taxi industry has joined the fight against hunger.

The South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) in the province has signed a partnership with a food producer to roll out low-cost meal outlets at taxi ranks across the province.

The initiative comes as rising food prices and unemployment continue to deepen food insecurity in many communities.
