HDB sets aside S$253m for latest home improvement works for more than 18,000 households

More than 18,000 households across Singapore will benefit from the latest round of HDB’s Home Improvement Programme, with more than S$253 million set aside for upgrading works. Essential repairs include fixing ceiling leakages and spalling concrete, while residents can also opt for improvements such as new doors and grille gates. Eligible households may also apply for subsidised senior-friendly fittings under the EASE programme, including grab bars and ramps. Alif Amsyar reports.
