Global warming effects wreak havoc in Western Cape

The effects of global warming is causing havoc throughout the Western Cape.

If it's not wildfires, then it is floods or gale force winds.

At least 11 people are dead in storms that ravaged the province over the past two weeks, in the Garden Route and Little Karoo region, as well as the Cape Winelands and the Cape Metropole
