Madlanga Commission | Mogotsi's recusal bid fails

North West Businessman Brown Mogotsi invoked the privilege against self-incrimination and refused to answer certain questions that were put to him before the Madlanga Commission.

This after he failed to recuse Chief Evidence Leader, Adv. Matthew Chaskalson SC from leading his testimony.

Confronted with the reality of having to testify, Mogotsi developed a posture that offered little to no answers to the probe.
